Please read these instructions carefully!  Things have changed!

Below are the Registration and Health forms for Camp Luther 2012. If you would like to fill out your form online please use these .pdf forms and, at the end, click on "Submit" and then "Print". By hitting "Submit" we will be able to begin your registration processing immediately. But you still need to hit "Print" because you will need a hardcopy of the filled out forms to take to your pastor for his/her signature. Your registration will not be complete until we receive the signed copy.

If you would prefer to fill out the forms by hand, you can print out the .docx files listed below, fill them out and then turn in the necessary papers to your pastor.

Whichever you choose we look forward to seeing you on June 17th for the beginning of Camp Luther 2012!!!
